50 minutes is standard. However, we have the option of shorter or longer sessions depending on the need. In evaluation/testing cases, there is additional time needed for either in office or remote test completion. This will all be discussed during your initial consultation.

Weekly therapy appointments have been shown to offer the quickest and longer lasting benefit. However, we can discuss what might be an appropriate and convenient schedule for you and your particular needs.

Yes! We have a HIPAA compliant platform that allows us to deliver all of our services via video or tele, whichever is more convenient with and comfortable for you. In addition to the environments benefit, this option can be helpful for clients that have demanding schedules or long commutes.

We accept cash (exact amount is preferred), personal checks, and all major credit cards. We are also able to receive payment via Venmo and Square.

Metanoia Ranch is currently considered an out of network provider, meaning I do not have any affiliation with insurance providers. Fee is due at the time service is rendered, and detailed paperwork can be provided for you to file your claim directly with your insurance provider, should you desire to do so.

Our goal is to offer quality psychological services, and to have it accessible to all. To that end, we do have sliding scale/reduced fee slots available. Please inquire if you have a need that might qualify you for a reduced fee slot.

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled therapy without a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your appointment.
